Why do I keep getting a low currency check error when I have plenty of money in the cassette?
The error will happen until you remove the cassette, press RESET ERROR, and then reinsert the cassette. If it continues to happen, check to see if that the Low Currency Check option is disabled.


Why is my paper blank?
The printer receipt paper is loaded incorrectly. Reverse the way the paper is loaded in the printer so that the opposite side of the paper is printed on. If the paper is loaded correctly and the paper is still blank, check to see that you are using thermal paper.


Why won't my cassette go into the dispenser?
It is very important that the window on the side of the cassette is green before putting it into the dispenser or onto the loading tray. If the window is having a problem being turned to green or the window is green and won't go into the dispenser your cassette may need to be serviced.


How do I remove my stuck cassette from a dispenser?
If your cassette is stuck in the dispenser, STOP: contact us before proceeding. If you try to use force to remove the cassette you may cause serious damage to the cassette and dispenser.


How do I change the combo on my electronic vault lock?
WITH THE DOOR OPEN, turn keypad to lock, and press 0 six times. The green light will flash once. Enter the current combo and the green light will flash once. Enter the new 6 digit combo once, then enter it again: the green light should flash twice. TEST the new combo at least 3 times before locking vault closed.




Why is my receipt paper coming out blank?
The printer receipt paper is loaded incorrectly. Reverse the way the paper is loaded in the printer so that the opposite side of the paper is printed on. Inside the ATM cabinet there is a picture of the correct way the paper should be loaded. If the paper is loaded correctly and the paper is still blank, check to see that you are using thermal paper.


Why does the ATM have an error message saying 'REJECT BIN IS FULL, PLEASE EMPTY REJECT BIN', when there are no bills in the reject bin?
Enter the SETTLEMENT menu and press CASSETTE TOTAL. By doing this, the software will clear the Reject Bin error message. You must also re-enter the number of notes back into the ATM through the ADD CASSETTE function. If this error happens more then a couple of times, contact us.


Why does my ATM keep telling me to add cash with the error 20002?
The ATM will continue to display this error code if the low currency check has been enabled and the note count goes below 50 notes. To stop this form happening, access the Transaction Setup and disable low currency check. This will allow the ATM to dispense all of the notes before it gives this message.


Why won't my vault door lock when I turn the dial?
First: you may have the door locked open. With the door open, do the combination and turn the dial to the right until it stops. Close the door (making sure you turn the handle completely vertical) and spin the dial. If the door is still able to be opened - STOP - contact a certified locksmith to work on the lock. (If the machine is within 90 days of install contact the installer for warranty service).

Second: if the lock didn't work after install, contact the installer to check the level of the vault cabinet. If too much stress is placed on the cabinet it can go out of square. The door pins won't fall correctly into the holes with this kind of problem. Loosen the nuts on the mounting screws and test the door. If the lock works then tighten the nuts while using a level to keep the vault as level as possible. If problem still persist, remove the back of the vault door and test the combination. Watch for the pin to drop when the dial is turned. If the pin does not fall, have an experienced service tech or locksmith reset the lock internally or replace the lock if required.


Why won't my passwords let me into the ATM?
The ATM is programmed with the passwords that the distributor requests when the order is placed to program a new ATM. When special passwords are not requested they are left at the factory default (see your mini-bank operators' manual). Every new ATM that is shipped from Tranax has a copy of the print setup included in the "open me first" box or envelope. The master password is hand written at the top of the print setup for the convenience of the installer. If you are unable to find anyone that knows the password to your ATM, find your terminal number and contact us.

What does a "Rewrite Receipt to Floppy" error mean?
Your floppy disk is full. Take out the current floppy disk and replace it with a new one. On the manager menu, press MORE, then press INITIALIZE FLOPPY. After that is complete, return to the clerk menu, and press REWRITE RECEIPT TO FLOPPY. You may now put the ATM online.
